| 2009-2010 WINTER WEEKEND AVAILABILITY Here is the current rundown on all weekend cabins available for 2009-2010 winter. We have organized the list by cabin size, from smallest to largest. We always sell out our winter weekends, so this is your chance to enjoy a prime backcountry weekend adventure with us next year! please note: we do not book anything more than one year in advance |

| REI CLINIC: BACKCOUNTRY SKIING AT SCOTTISH LAKES | ||||||
A special 45 minute presentation entitled "Backcountry Skiing at Scottish Lakes" is the place to be next Wednesday, November 4. The event will take place at the downtown Seattle REI store starting at 7:00 pm. Trails and tours will be featured, plus a look at cabins and other High Camp facilities, and a brief glimpse at a couple of great Scottish Lakes fall hiking events. Time for questions will also be provided. |

| 8th ANNUAL TRAIL MARKING-NOV 30 & DEC 1 | ||||||
Our 8th annual Winter Trail Marking Party is on the calendar for Monday, November 30, and Tuesday, December 1. Join us as we work in small teams to ski and remark our vast network of trails just in time for another great winter! We will provide you with a free cabin Monday night, plus a great Italian dinner and other libations. The event is a great way to greet the snow season, and also to burn off some of those extra calories from Turkey Day. |

| 16th ANNUAL WINTER SEASON OPENS TURKEY DAY! | ||||||
Think snow, everyone! High Camp opens for its 16th annual winter season on Thursday, November 26th. Cabins are still available for Opening Weekend as well as nearly all December dates. Specifically the following cabins are available for Thanksgiving weekend. (two-night minimum, please). |

CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE |
||||||
Work on our new bathrooms, deck system, sauna house and showers continues to progress at a successful rate this fall. As of October 30th, the new decking around the hot tub and sauna house, plus three new bathrooms, have been completed. The sauna house exterior is finished, with the new shower and wood-fired sauna expected to be totally ready for the opening of Winter Season on Thanksgiving Day. A new shop and woodshed near the lodge is also nearing completion, and the woodshed is already stuffed and ready for winter. Check out the latest photos of construction on our website! |

| WHAT ABOUT DOGS? | ||||||
| Dogs are always welcome during the Fall Season. During the winter season, dogs are permitted anytime prior to December 15 and after April 1st. A maximum of 2 dogs are also allowed on most Sunday-Thursday nights. |
