4rth ANNUAL BEAT THE DINER HIKE! OCTOBER 5th

Join us on our annual challenging trek from High Camp to the 59er diner on Monday, October 5th! The trip is 14 miles, of which 3 or 4 miles is off-trail. The diner closes at 8 pm and our goal is to get there in time to buy everyone dinner. Gear can be moved to the parking lot and put in cars by other staff during the hike, or if participants are still staying at High Camp on Monday night, we will bring people back up the mountain. Party size limit is 12 due to wilderness area restrictions.

*Participants need to be guests of High Camp on
Sunday evening, Oct 4.

2 SPACES OPEN FOR WOOD CUTTING PARTY II

A few spots are now available on our second wood cutting weekend this fall. Dates are Saturday, October 24, and Sunday, October 25. Each participant receives a voucher valid for three nights non-holiday midweek lodging. Choose from a variety of jobs. We work hard but always seem to have a really good time!

Everyone receives their own cabin for Saturday night. In addition there is a pot-luck dinner, with the main dish supplied by High Camp, and we even provide breakfast for everyone on Sunday morning. Work party members assemble in our parking lot at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and are on their way home by 5:00 p.m. Sunday.

To reserve your space email hicamp@scottishlakes.com or call 425-844-2000. We will follow up with a confirmation phone call and answer all your questions.

 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE

Work on our new bathrooms, deck system, sauna house and showers continues to progress at a successful rate this summer. As of August 18th, the new decking around the hot tub and sauna house, plus two new bathrooms, have basically been completed. A beautiful new on-demand hot shower is operational, just in time for Fall Season. The sauna house exterior is nearing completion, and is expected to be totally ready for Winter Season. A new storage facility, third bathroom, and woodshed near the lodge should also be ready before the snow flies.

We are continually updating our photo gallery with new photos of the progress being made. You can always access our photos by clicking on Gallery on our website or just click HERE.
